Terms of Service

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Twogether mobile application and website (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. Accounts

• You may create an account using Sign in with Apple.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login method.

• You agree not to impersonate others or misuse the App.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

Twogether offers auto-renewable subscriptions (“Twogether Premium”).

3.1 Subscription Details

• Payments: Charged to your Apple ID account.

• Renewals: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• Cancellation: You can cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

• Refunds: Refunds are handled only by Apple, not Twogether.

3.2 Premium Features

Premium features may include (but are not limited to):

• Unlimited AI date ideas

• Unlimited memories & shared lists

• Additional personalization options

Features requiring a subscription are clearly marked within the App.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of:

• Notes, memories, date ideas, lists, and any content you create.

However, by using the App, you grant Twogether a limited license to store and sync your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not sell, distribute, or publicly share your content.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or modify the App

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems

• Upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content

• Use the App to harass, stalk, or harm others

Violations may result in account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All app designs, features, branding, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Twogether and protected by copyright and other laws.

You may not copy or reuse any part of the App without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or for misuse of the App.

You may delete your account at any time, and your data will be deleted accordingly.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Twogether is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service

• Error-free operation

• Compatibility with all devices

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Twogether is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription (if any) in the prior 12 months.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms anytime.
Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
